The newly re-designed DBS-24C Quad Bar Mid Range squeeze tool is intended for operations using up to four pipe sizes between 1/2" CTS and a maximum of 2" IPS. A quad-bar four-surface lower jaw accommodates four pipe sizes of your choice. The new heavy duty frame is designed to withstand the greater force required to squeeze today's PE pipe. With the broad range from 1/2" CTS to 2" IPS, the DBS-24C can be used on service size pipe up to medium size distribution pipe with ease and safety. The high strength power screw achieves squeeze-off force efficiently through a unique thrust bearing upper jaw assembly.
Grease fittings are provided for lubrication of the thrust bearing and power screw. As with all Mustang Tools, a provision is made for static electric grounding.
