Order by Fax: Fax your order anytime, 24 hours a day to (763) 295-5360, and our customer service staff will handle your order as soon as it arrives.

Order by U.S. Mail: You can mail your orders to any of our warehouse locations. All orders are processed the same day they are received.

Order via EDI: Groebner & Associates is fully EDI capable. If you want to place orders via EDI, please give us a call to establish the EDI process with your company.

Order over the Internet: We are in the process of aquiring the capability to accept orders from our online catalog. Look for this option in the coming months.

Bid: Don't forget to put Groebner & Associates on your bid list.

Acknowledgements: All orders will be acknowledged if you so specify. If you place an order and wish to mail a confirming P.O., please mark it clearly "Confirming".

Errors: While every effort is made to ensure an error free transaction, errors are sometimes made. Please notify us promptly of any error in filling your order so we can quickly correct the situation. Please contact any of our warehouses before returning any merchandise.

Payment Terms: We usually give instant credit to all bona fide utilities and contractors, our standard payment terms are net 25 days. We also accept VISA and Master Card.

Shipping/Freight: All shipments will be made via UPS or the most economical common carrier available. Shipping charges are "prepaid & added" to your invoice. FOB is "shipping point". If your company has specific shipping instructions, we will be happy to accomodate your requests.
