Prices: Market
fluctuations and
occasional errors make it necessary
for us
to reserve the right to change prices
without
notice. All accounts must be paid
in U.S. dollars.
Payment: Net
25 days from date of
invoice. Interest at the rate
of 234.5% per
month will be charged on all accounts
unpaid 25 days after invoice due date.
Taxes: Groebner & Associates
will
collect and remit sales, use, excise, and/or
other
tax imposed on any sale. If your
order is to be tax
exempt for any reason,
please include a copy of your
tax
exemption certificate with your order.
Recovery
Costs: If
legal action is
necessary to collect on an open
account,
the customer shall pay the costs of
collection
of recovery, including without
limitation, reasonable
attorney's fees or
other such additional
fees as may
be
incurred in the collection
of the account.

Quotations: Subject
to prompt acceptance.

reserve the right to correct
stenographic
errors and to reject orders if
credit
if found
unsatisfactory. Prices
submitted do not
include
taxes.
Damaged
Claims: We
take great care
in filling, checking and packaging
your order.
On rare occasions, a package can be
damaged
or lost in transit. If it was shipped
UPS, make a note
with the driver and call
Groebner & Associates
for a return
authorization number and further instructions
If a truck shipment is damaged, state
shortage or damaged
on the bill of lading,
then call us and we will immediately
begin
helping to resolve the situation to your
satisfaction.
Special
Orders: Non-stock items
ordered for you are normally
not returnable.
Returned
Goods: Your complete
satisfaction is our sincere desire.
All returns
are required to have a return authorization
number and may be subject to a restocking
charge. After
30 days, items are not
returnable except for repair
or replacement
per the manufacturer's warranty policy.
We
ask only that you please contact our customer
service
department for shipping instructions
before returning
merchandise.

training, permits, or licenses
