Used to strain dirt and particles from gas and protect gas handling equipment and meters, valves, compressors, turbines, etc. Cast iron body strainers are available up to 18” in size. Strainers are made of cast iron and available in two pressure ratings: ANSI 125 (150 psi WOG) and ANSI 250 (400 psi WOG). A machine-tapered seat ensures a perfect fit for the removable stainless steel screen. All sizes come complete with a blow-off plug, which can be replaced with a ball valve for on-line blow-down of particulate.
Standard Screens:

• 2” - 3” is 3/64” perf (0.045” opening)
• 4” - 24” is 1/8” perf (0.125” opening)
