Family-Owned & Operated
Natural Gas Experts Since 1976
GROEBNER began in 1976 with one goal: to be the trusted partner natural gas utilities and contractors could count on. Our founder, Chuck Groebner, saw a need for quality products and reliable service and built the business from the ground up to meet it.
Over the decades, that vision has stayed strong through three generations of family leadership. Chuck's son, Joe, joined the company in 1980, helping expand our reach and deepen our supplier relationships. Today, Joe’s daughter Carissa serves as President, and his son Curt as Vice President of Finance, leading with the same values that started it all: integrity, quality, and service.
We’re proud to be a woman-owned, family-led company that’s earned the trust of customers across the country. And with warehouses in Minnesota, Illinois, Kansas, and Texas, our team continues to support safe, reliable natural gas systems and always evolves to meet the industry’s needs.
Explore our 50-year timeline below to see the milestones that brought us here.
