Maintenance & Repair Service

    • Certified calibration and minor repairs for Georg Fischer electrofusion processors on-site or at a GROEBNER service center
    • Seamless coordination for complex repairs directly with the manufacturer

    • Facilitate on-site inspections of CWT heaters as well as: 
      • Annual maintenance programs to prepare your heaters for the season
      • Diagnostics, repairs, and emergency services available when issues arise

Training is available at our offices, your jobsite, or virtually to fit your schedule and location. Available training options include:

  • Fusion equipment operation and safety 
  • Tool maintenance and proper handling

Get the tools you need, when you need them.

Our rental inventory includes a variety of low-hour, well-maintained tools and equipment to keep your projects moving forward. As part of McElroy’s Certified Rental program, every McElroy unit meets its inspection and maintenance standards before it reaches your jobsite. Available rental equipment includes: 

  • Georg Fischer electrofusion processors 
  • McElroy fusion equipment, including: 
    • Rolling 28 & Datalogger, Pit Bull 14, Pit Bull 26, 2LC, and more

Our team works closely with customers to understand the jobsite conditions, system requirements, and installation timelines to ensure your project stays on schedule. We can fabricate components such as: 

  • Supraflow Tees – custom-size and configured for your system 
  • Pulling heads, mud plugs, and weak links to meet installation challenges 
  • Other specialty assemblies designed for a perfect fit and long-lasting performance
