How long is my quote valid for?
Your quote is valid for 30 days, and we encourage prompt acceptance to secure pricing and availability. GROEBNER reviews all orders, and we may make corrections if we find any typographic errors or if there are concerns with credit approval. How do I order a product not listed on the website?
You can still order products that aren’t listed on our website. Our GROEBNER team is here to help you find what you need, so feel free to call 800-638-8322 or email [email protected], and we’ll take care of the rest.
How can I track my order?

What’s the process for returning a product?
You can start a return by calling our GROEBNER team at 800-638-8322, and we’ll walk you through the process.
All returns are required to have a return material authorization (valid for 30 days) and may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. After 30 days from the invoice date, items are not returnable. If the product is returned damaged or unsellable no credit will be given. Customer has 30 days from the return receipt to request damaged or unsellable product be returned. Contact your customer care representative before returning merchandise.
Special and non-stock items are non-cancellable/non-returnable.
