McElroy’s 618 line of fusion machines comes in multiple model configurations to meet the demands of your pipeline project. They are designed to butt fuse pipe sizes from 6” IPS to 18” OD (180mm to 450mm).
One of McElroy's most popular fusion machines, the Rolling 618, bridges the gap between small and large diameter fusion. The machine offers added versatility with a removable fourth jaw for compact, in-ditch use. McElroy 618 machines can fabricate segmented ells with optional mitered inserts and are DataLogger® compatible. Hydraulic clamping is available.
