Description
The X-Pander plug is first locked into the X-Pander wrench at its unexpanded size. Next, the plug is inserted into the pipe (recessed for tamper-resistance if desired), and expanded by turning the wrench handle. Once the plug is fully expanded, a tight seal results, and the wrench can be removed, leaving the plug. Reverse the order of these directions to remove the plug.
